During the Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 5, which is devoted for work. Alongside the Note 5, Samsung showed off the larger version of their Galaxy Edge, the Galaxy S6 edge+. The S6 Edge + has the features of the S6 Edge, but the size of the Note 5.
The two devices feature a smart camera application called ‘’live broadcast” that’s lets you live broadcast video right from the camera app of your device, as Samsung has partnered with the world’s biggest video streaming company, YouTube, to enable this feature. This feature will be integrated within the camera app as an optional mode.
Both the Galaxy S6 Edge + and the Note 5 have similar features, Dominating the front is a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, Quad HD display. They both run Android 5.1 Lollipop on their processors, Samsung’s Exynos 7422.
Both the Galaxy S6 Edge + and the Note 5 have the same amount of pixels on their display, 16MP and 5MP camera. The Note 5 has 4GB of RAM, while the Galaxy S6 has 3GB of RAM. And they both have the same storage of either 32GB, 64GB or 128GB.
The average user will not know the difference between these devices in the speed in which they open and run apps. They’re too similar.
